Soft Machines
Scenographer and AV Content Designer for Sarah Brahim at the Diriyah Biennale. We created a multichannel video installation merging spatial choreography with immersive projection layouts.
Designed scenography and audiovisual systems for Sarah Brahim at Saudi Arabia’s first contemporary arts biennale.
The layout was conceived with integrated multiscreen applications, enabling visitors to flow seamlessly through the exhibition. Projections unfolded as layered narratives, encouraging both movement and contemplation. By merging content design and spatial choreography
the installation achieved immersive engagement and amplified the artist’s performative vision within the biennale’s broader curatorial framework.

A choreographic research using video and performance to illuminate questions of embodiment and cycles of connection.

Filming took place in a white-limbo studio in Milan, under the direction of the artist and cinematography curated by our creative director.
The film contains choreographed and spontaneous movement flowing between individual and group moments. Specific gestures such as those coming from the hands to amplify and harness the symbolism and communicate through the body.
Shooting was conceived having in mind the layout of the different video projection channels, in order to build a multivisual experience that could be enjoyed both frontally and dynamically, walking between the screens.
